This shit is simple. Don't eat carbs, be active, and do HIIT. That's what all the blogs, books, and internet gurus tell you to do to lose weight, fat, and be healthy.
This week may have not been perfect. With the lack of structure of a stay-cation, travel, and all the temptation that go come along, it has been hard to stick to a plan. The only thing I did in consistently, in fact, was walk.
Are martinis paleo? I'm going to guess no. Last night was date night. I had fun but the place we went to eat was not great. Not only did the food suck but I had a hard time finding anything that was going to fit my diet.
